AssayLite系列基于夹心免疫分析或竞争免疫分析原理。

I .竞争荧光免疫分析原理。

第一步:将均匀包被在板上的特异性抗体和标准和/或样品以及荧光标记的蛋白质加入孔中。

第二步:荧光标记的蛋白质与未标记的蛋白质竞争结合抗体。空白具有最高的荧光信号，并且当未标记的蛋白质浓度增加时，信号降低。

二。夹心荧光免疫测定原理。

第一步:将特异性抗体均匀地涂在板上，并将标准品和/或样品加入孔中。

第二步:靶向抗体与标准品和/或样品结合。

第三步:用荧光探针标记的抗体被添加到孔中。

第四步:带有荧光探针的抗体与目标蛋白结合，特异性荧光信号由荧光板读数器读取
